Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior (ocb) dan dampaknya bagi kinerja perawat di RS Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bertugas di bagian rawat inap sebanyak 178 perawat yang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi tidak berengaruh pada kinerja dengan T Statistic sebesar 0,25 atau kurang dari 1,96. Sedangkan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior dengan T Statistic sebesar 18,364 dan Organization Citizenship Behavior memiliki dampak positif terhadap Kinerja dengan T Statistic sebesar 9,233.This study analyze the influence of organization climate to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and its impact to performance of nurses in Islamic Hospital Jakarta Pondok Kopi. The population in this study is the nurse in charge of hospitalizations by 178 nurses consisting of men and women. The number of samples in this study was calculated using the formula Slovin the sampling method used is convenience sampling. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS Smart) version 3.0. Results from the study showed that organizational climate had no effect on the performance of the T Statistic of 0.25 or less than 1.96. While the positive effect on the Organizational Climate Organization Citizenship Behavior with T Statistic of 18.364 and Organization Citizenship Behavior positive effect on performance with T Statistic of 9.233.
