Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan Pemasaran Universitas Mercu Buana, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebagai teknik penentuan sampelnya sehingga diperoleh 47 karyawan sebagai sampel. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analsis Smart-PLS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.The research aims to examine and analyze The Influence of Leadership Style and Working Environment on Employee Performance. This study involve all Marketing employees of Mercu Buana University’s using all the 47 employees as saturated sample. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the analysis Smart tool-PLS.The results showed that the leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the work environment provided a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
