Abstract

This research aims to see whether the Work Life Balance variable has an influence on Happiness Orientation for women who play dual roles. Where the Work Life Balance variable has an influence on Happiness Orientation. The data analysis used is based on test results from the SPSS version 27 application. Where the results of the correlation analysis test carried out by researchers, there is a weak relationship which means a negative relationship between Work Life Balance and Orientation towards Happiness, and if you look at the results of the simple linear regression test, the variable Work Life Balance influences the happiness orientation variable with a contribution value of 14.4% in the research. Work Life Balance influences the level of happiness in female employees who play dual roles. This can be seen from the results of simple linear regression analysis, which shows that the Sig value is <0.001, which is greater than 0.05. So the hypothesis proposed in this research can be accepted. Keyword: happiness, work life balance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah variabel Work Life Balance terdapat pengaruh terhadap Orientation to happiness bagi perempuan yang menjalani peran ganda. Dimana variabel Work Life Balance memiliki pengaruh dalam Orientation to happiness. Analisis data yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil uji dari aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Dimana hasil uji analisis korelasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, terdapat hubungan yang lemah yang berarti hubungan negatif antara Work Life Balance dengan Orientation to happiness, dan jika melihat hasil uji regresi linear sederhana, variabel Work Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap variabel orientasi pada kebahagiaan dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 14,4% dalam penelitian. Work Life Balance memengaruhi tingkat kebahagiaan pada karyawan perempuan yang menjalani peran ganda. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana, yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig <0,001, yang lebih besar daripada 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Kata kunci : Happiness, Work Life Balance
