Abstract

The availability of parking space needs to be planned so as not to cause parking outside the parking lot of Poris Station. This study aims to analyze the Parking Space Capacity and Parking Service User Satisfaction Level At Poris Station, there are two main variables, namely parking characteristics with sub-variables of volume, accumulation, capacity, turnover rate, and parking index as well as the level of satisfaction of parking service users. This research refers to the Directorate General of Land Transportation 1996 on Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Parking Facilities. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data by surveying the characteristics of parking spaces at Poris Station, the number of vehicles leaving and entering, and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The respondents in this study were users of Poris Station parking services. The methods used in this study are direct survey methods and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The data collection technique used in this study was incidental non-probability sampling with the motorist population and with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents then data processing using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that the volume of incoming parking vehicles exceeds the parking capacity at Poris Station and parking service users are still not satisfied with the service facilities at Poris Station. The parking capacity is 259 SRP. Maximum parking accumulation of 224 kend/hour, average parking duration of more than one hour with capacity lower than maximum capacity and parking index less than 100%. The maximum turnover rate value is 0.154 kend/SRP/hour. After customer satisfaction analysis, 3 factors were obtained that became the top priority for service at Poris Station, namely: 1. The information provided is clear and easy to understand, 2. Parking fees are in accordance with the quality of service, 3. Access to parking locations is not difficult and makes it easy to be on time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kapasitas Ruang Parkir dan Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Jasa Parkir Pada Stasiun Poris terdapat dua variabel utama yaitu karakteristik parkir dengan sub variabel volume, akumulasi, kapasitas, tingkat pergantian, dan indeks parkir serta tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa parkir. Penelitian ini mengacu pada Ditjen Perhubungan Darat 1996 pada Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Fasilitas Parkir. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah data primer dan data sekunder dengan cara mensurvey karakteristik ruang parkir pada Stasiun Poris, jumlah kendaraan yang keluar dan masuk, dan menyebarkan kuisioner pada responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah para pengguna jasa parkir Stasiun Poris. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode survey langsung dan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah non-probability sampling insidental dengan populasi pengendara motor dan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden lalu pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa volume kendaraan parkir yang masuk melebihi kapasitas parkir pada Stasiun Poris dan para pengguna jasa parkir masih belum merasa puas dengan fasilitas pelayanan pada Stasiun Poris. Kapasitas parkir sebesar 259 SRP. Akumulasi parkir maksimum 224 kend/jam, durasi parkir rata – rata lebih dari satu jam dengan kapasitas yang lebih rendah dari kapasitas maksimum dan indeks parkir kurang dari 100%. Nilai tingkat pergantian maksimum 0,154 kend/SRP/jam. Pasca analisis kepuasan pelanggan diperoleh 3 faktor yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk ditangkatkan pelayanannya di Stasiun Poris, yaitu: 1. Informasi yang diberikan jelas dan mudah di mengerti, 2. Biaya parkir sesuai dengan kualitas pelayanan, 3. Akses lokasi parkir tidak sulit dan memudahkan agar tepat waktu.
