Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and quality of service to customer satisfaction for clean water PT. Jaya Real Property Tbk. The research data is collected and processed data from respondents in the form of opinion data and questionnaires distributed on 389 respondents and conducted during the period November 2016 to December 2016. The sampling technique used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using the statistical program SPSS tools. The results showed the quality of the product, price and quality of service together (simultaneously) significantly affect customer satisfaction of clean water in Bintaro Jaya. Partially affect product quality to customer satisfaction of clean water in Bintaro Jaya, the price effect on customer satisfaction of clean water in Bintaro Jaya and service quality affects the customer satisfaction of clean water in Bintaro Jaya. Keywords: Quality of product, price, service quality, customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan air bersih pada PT. Jaya Real Property, Tbk. Data penelitian merupakan data yang dikumpulkan dan diolah dari responden berupa data opini dan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 389 responden dan dilakukan pada periode November 2016 sampai Desember 2016. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu program statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama ( simultan ) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan air bersih di Bintaro Jaya. Secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan air bersih di Bintaro Jaya, harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan air bersih di Bintaro Jaya dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan air bersih di Bintaro Jaya.
