Abstract

In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing industry, it is necessary for the management of PT Serayu Metalindo Steel to not abandon its idiil aspect, not only through the application of the concept of improving the quality of human resources, each individual must be able to see the vision and mission which is then supported by the preparation of the right tactics strategy so as to create sustainability for the Company. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work reward and work punishment on employee performance at PT Serayu Metalindo Steel North Jakarta. This research is quantitative research. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT Serayu Metalindo Steel North Jakarta. This study used a saturated sample technique in determining the sample consisting of 88 respondents. The method in this study uses an exploratory approach with structural equation modeling data analysis techniques with SmartPLS software. This study found that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Punishment has no effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance. Dalam menghadapi persaingan industri manufaktur yang semakin ketat, diperlukan adanya pengelolaan manajemen PT. Serayu Metalindo Steel layak untuk tidak meningggalkan aspek idiilnya, tidak hanya melalui penerapan konsep peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, setiap individu harus mampu melihat visi dan misi yang kemudian ditunjang dengan penyusunan strategi taktik yang tepat sehingga mampu menciptakan keberlanjutan bagi Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, Reward kerja dan punishment kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Serayu Metalindo Steel Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap pada PT. Serayu Metalindo Steel Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dalam menentukan sampel yang terdiri atas 88 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksploratori dengan teknik analisis data structural equation modeling dengan software SmartPLS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Punishment tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Reward kerja, Punishment, Kinerja Karyawan.
