Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Environment on the Turnover Intention of PT. Alfo Citra Abadi. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in the study ware obtained from 60 respondents who are permanent employees of PT. Alfo Citra Abadi by using a questionnaires as a data collection tool. Analysis of the data in this study using the SPSS 23 test instrument for validity, reliability, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The first stage in this research is to test the validity of the questions of each of the following variables and their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment on turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment have a negative effect on turnover intention. Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment, turnover intention. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Alfo Citra Abadi. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 60 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. Alfo Citra Abadi dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SPSS 23, dilakukan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel, berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention.
