Abstract

Tingginya perkembangan pembangunan saat ini khususnya di kecamatan Klapanunggal yang memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 91,00 km2, dengan Jumlah penduduk 121.218 jiwa/km2 pada tahun 2017, secara administrasif kecamatan Klapanunggal memiliki sembilan kelurahan/desa. Terdapat pembangunan permukiman perumahan bernama Coco Garden Residence yang dibangun diatas area seluas 35 hektar dengan total 3000 unit rumah yang berlokasi startegis, terletak di desa Klapanunggal tempatnya di Jl. Raya Klapanunggal. Perumahan Coco Garden Residence menyediakan 4 (empat) cluster dengan total unit terbangun 1000 unit dan telah di tempati 800 Keluarga. Perumahan Coco Garden Residence juga sangat strategis dengan mudahnya akses ke sekolah, pertokoan maupun pasar. Metode yang dipakai untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Stratified Random Sampling, metode tersebut memungkinkan untuk pengambilan sampel yang berasal dari sub-sub populasi. Dengan menggunakan skala ordinal (Ordinal Scale) untuk mengukur variabel-variabelnya dan pemberian skor pada hasil kuisioner yaitu skor 1 sampai skor 5. Hasil regresi linier berganda sebagai model bangkitan pergerakan yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 3.673 + 2.578 X3 + 0.926 X7 + 1.408 X9 + 1.678 X10 + 0.490 X11 . Pengujian secara parsial dengan uji t mendapatkan hasil variabel pekerjaan, tujuan perjalanan, jenis kendaraan, dan jarak tempuh berpengaruh positif terhadap bangkitan pergerakan. Sedangkan variabel jumlah aktivitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap bangkitan pergerakan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan dengan uji F yaitu variabel pekerjaan, tujuan perjalanan, jenis kendaraan, jarak tempuh, dan jumlah aktivitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel bangkitan pergerakan. Hasil dari variabel kinerja ruas jalan pada Jalan Raya Klapanunggal didapakan volume lalu lintas Q 2089,4 smp/jam pada jam sibuk sore hari. Sedangkan kapasitas jalan pada ruas jalan raya klapanunggal didapat hasil 2158,678 smp/jam (tabel 4.32). Ruas jalan raya klapanunggal memiliki derajat kejenuhan sebesar DS = 0,96. Maka diperoleh tingkat pelayanan atau Level Of Service (LOS) yaitu E. Kata Kunci : Bangkitan Pergerakan Permukiman, Kinerja Ruas Jalan, Perumahan Coco Garden Residence. There is a residential development named Coco Garden Residence which is built on an area of 35 hectares with a total of 3000 units located Startegis, located in the village of Klapanunggal Place on Jl. Raya Klapanunggal. Residential Coco Garden Residence provides 4 (four) clusters with a total unit woke up to 1000 units and has been in the 800 family. The residential Coco Garden Residence is also very strategic with easy access to schools, shops and markets. The method used for sampling in this study is Stratified Random Sampling, the method allows for sampling derived from sub-sub populations. Using a ordinal scale to measure the variables and the scoring of the questionnaire results from a score of 1 to a score of 5. The results of multiple linear regression as a trip generation model are Y = 3.673 + 2.578 X3 + 0.926 X7 + 1.408 X9 + 1.678 X10 + 0.490 X11. Partial testing with the t test to get the results of the variable work, travel destination, type of vehicle, and mileage have a positive effect on the trip generation. While the variable number of activities does not partially have a positive effect on the trip generation. The results of simultaneous testing with the F test are the variables of work, travel destination, vehicle type, distance traveled, and the number of activities together positively influencing the trip generation variable. The results of the variable performance of the roads on the Klapanunggal Highway are obtained by Q traffic volume of 2089.4 pcu / hour during the afternoon rush hour. While the capacity of the road on the Klapanunggal highway is 2158,678 pcu / hour (table 4.32). Klapanunggal highway has a degree of saturation of DS = 0.96.
