Abstract
the purpose of this esearch is to analyzed the influence of job satisfaction, work discipline, and Transformational leadership style on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. The sampling method used is saturated sampling method that is using all population. Data were taken directly by questionnaire to 113 respondents of PT. Itochu Logistics Indonesia and 102 were recived back and used for analysis. SPSS is used for data analysis statistically. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline variable is the more dominant variable in influencing employee performance, followed by transformational leadership style and job satisfaction. The conclusions in this research indicate that job satisfaction, discipline and transformational leadership style simultaneously and partially significant on employee performance. Keywords: job satisfaction, work discipline, transformational leadership style, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara simultan dan parsial. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh yaitu menggunakan semua jumlah populasi. Data diambil secara langsung menggunakan kuesioner kepada 113 orang responden PT. Itochu Logistics Indonesia dan 102 diterima kembali dan digunakan untuk analisis. SPSS digunakan untuk alat analisis data statistik. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja merupakan variabel yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dilanjutkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, disiplin dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
