Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Prologix Line connection. This research design uses a causal research design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with the population in this study being all permanent employees of PT. Connection Prologix Line as many as 90 respondents. The instrument used with the questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Koneksia Prologix Line. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Koneksia Prologix Line sebanyak 90 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
