Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work training, work motivation and work satisfaction on employee work productivity. The population in this study ware all employees of PT. Astra International, Tbk - TSO (AUTO 2000) Cabang Daan Mogot in the Service division which has 54 employees. The sample used is the entire population which has 54 employees in the Service division of PT. Astra International, Tbk - TSO (AUTO 2000) Cabang Daan Mogot using the saturated sampling mrthod. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS), with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. This study proves that of work training has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Keywords: Work training, Work motivation, Work satisfaction, Work productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada bagian Service di PT. Astra International, Tbk - TSO AUTO 2000 Cabang Daan Mogot yang berjumlah 54 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi sebanyak 54 karyawan pada bagian Service di PT. Astra International, Tbk - TSO AUTO 2000 Cabang Daan Mogot dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
