Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, compensation and work discipline. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach.. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect. The compensation has a significant positive effect and the work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation and Work Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hubungan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menganalisa data melalui aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja
