Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, workload, and work environment on employee turnover intention at CV. Cahaya Prima Printing Jakarta. The object of this research is all permanent employees who work at CV. Cahaya Prima Printing Jakarta. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore the results of this study state that the variable job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at CV. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan CV. Cahaya Prima Printing Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini seluruh karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada CV. Cahaya Prima Printing Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada CV.
