Abstract

The implementation of housing policies in the form of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) in Indonesia is still not fully as expected. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of supervision and distribution on the satisfaction of the community of BSPS program recipients in Cakura Village. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation technique. The results of the study conclude that there is a positive effect of supervision (X1) on the level of satisfaction of the program recipient community (Y) in Cakura Village. However, this effect is very small and insignificant, with a correlation coefficient of 0.343 and a significance level of 0.206. There is a positive effect of distribution (X2) on the satisfaction of program recipients (Y) in Cakura Village. As with the influence of the PPK supervisory role, the effect of the TFL distribution assignment is also very low as indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.477 and a significance level of 0.035. There is an effect of joint monitoring and distribution on community satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 0.578. That is, changes that occur in variable Y (community satisfaction) can be determined by changes that occur in variables X1 (supervision) and X2 (distribution) by 57.8%. While the rest, amounting to 0.422 or 42.7% change in variable Y is determined by other variables that are not included in the regression equation model. Implementasi kebijakan perumahan dalam bentuk Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) di Indonesia, masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan dan distribusi terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pnerima program BSPS di Desa Cakura. etode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan teknik estimasi Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari pengawasan (X1) terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat penerima program(Y) di Desa Cakura. Namun pengaruh tersebut sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,343 dan level signifikansi 0,206. Terdapat pengaruh positif dari distribusi (X2) terhadap kepuasan penerima program (Y) di Desa Cakura. Sebagaimana pengaruh dari peran pengawasan PPK, pengaruh tugas distribusi TFL juga sangat rendah yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,477 dan level seginifikansi 0,035. Terdapat pengaruh pengawasan dan distribusi secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar sebesar 0,578. Artinya, perubahan yang terjadi pada variabel Y (Kepuasan masyarakat) dapat ditentukan oleh perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada variabel X1 (pengawasan) dan X2 (distribusi) sebesar 57,8%. Sementara sisanya, sebesar 0,422 atau 42,7% perubahan pada variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model persamaan regresi.
