Abstract
Research with the Tittle of The Role of Leadership Style in Improving Employee Work Motivation (Case Study at PT Jaya Aneka Rasa). With a focus of study on the role of what leadership style is used by the leadership at PT Jaya Aneka Rasa. So, this study aims to analyze and find out the role of the leadership style which is appropriate to use in improving employee work motivation at PT Jaya Aneka Rasa to achieve company goals. The type of research used in this study is to use descriptive type research methods with a qualitative approach to the case study method. And the paradigm used is the Konstruktivism Paradigm. The Results Shows that the leadership style which is applied by the leader at PT Jaya Aneka Rasa is a Supportive leadership style. Supportive leadership style shown by giving support to his employee. This support is like giving motivation, training for employee, and giving a simply explanation of the problems currently being faced by his employee.
