Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work discipline and work motivation on the employee performance of CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah. The subject of this research are all employees who work at CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah. The population in this study were 70 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 70 employees of CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 70 karyawan CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Wijaya Mandiri Gaharu Albarokah.
