Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and turnover intention on the performance of employees of PT.NDS Aluminindo Bekasi Contracting Company. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection methods used in this research is to use a questionnaire (questionnaire). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that extrinsic motivation partially has an influence on the performance of employees of the Contracting Company PT. NDS Aluminindo Bekasi of 33.4%, turnover intention partially has an influence on the performance of employees of the Contractor Company PT. NDS Aluminindo Bekasi of 21.3%, and extrinsic motivation and turnover intention simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees of the Contractor Company PT. NDS Aluminindo Bekasi of 47.3%, where the effective contribution is respectively 35% (ME) and 12.3% (TI). Keywords: Eccentric Motivation, Turnover Intention, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik dan turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Kontraktor PT.NDS Aluminindo Bekasi.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah denganmenggunakan angket (kuesioner). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Kontraktor PT. NDS Aluminindo Bekasi sebesar 33,4%, turnover intention secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Kontraktor PT. NDS Aluminindo Bekasi sebesar 21,3%, dan motivasi ekstrinsik dan turnover intention secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Kontraktor PT. NDS Aluminindo Bekasi sebesar 47,3%, dimana kontribusi efektif masing-masingnya sebesar 35% (ME) dan 12,3% (TI). Kata Kunci : Motivasi Eksintrik, Turnover Intention, Kinerja Karyawan
