Abstract

This study aims to analyze job insecurity and work environment on cyberloafing behavior and employee performance at PT. Kabelindo. The population in this study were 60 employees. The sample used was all 60 employees, which is a saturated sample. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. The results showed that job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on the performance of PT Kabelindo employees. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect. The work environment has no effect on cyberloafing. And cyberloafing has a negative and significant effect on the employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Insecurity, Cyberloafing, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis job insecurity, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kabelindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang karyawan, Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah semua karyawan sebanyak 60 orang, yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kabelindo. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cyberloafing PT Kabelindo. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap cyberloafing PT Kabelindo. Serta cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Job Insecurity, Cyberloafing, Kinerja Karyawan.
