Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on employee performance at PT. Angkutan Utama Perkasa. The object of this research are employees who work at PT. Angkutan Utama Perkasa. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkutan Utama Perkasa. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Angkutan Utama Perkasa. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
