Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the proportion of female directors, liquidity, leverage and profitability on firm value in real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2017 - 2020. The population in this study totaled 67 companies. Sampling used is purposive sampling. Based on the criteria that have been set, obtained a sample of 28 companies. The type of data used is secondary data taken by accessing the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website of each company. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of female directors and profitability have an effect on firm value. Liquidity has a negative effect on company value. Leverage has no effect on firm value. Keywords: Firm Value, Proportion of Female Directors, Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proporsi direktur wanita, likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2017 – 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah di tetapkan, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 28 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan mengakses website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website resmi masing – masing perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proporsi direktur wanita dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai Perusahaan. Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Proporsi Direktur Wanita, Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas
