Abstract
This study aims to analyze the work environment, and workload on cyberloafing behavior and employee performance at the Tangerang 1 KPKNL in this study were 30 employees. The sample used was all 30 employees, namely the sample was saturated. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of KPKNL Tangerang employees 1. Workload had a negative and significant effect on the performance of KPKNL Tangerang employees 1. Work environment had a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing KPKNL Tangerang 1. Workload had a positive effect on cyberloafing KPKNL Tangerang 1. And cyberloafing has a negative and significant effect on the performance of KPKNL Tangerang employees 1. Keywords: Work Environment, Workload, Cyberloafing, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing dan kinerja karyawan pada KPKNL Tangerang 1 dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang karyawan, Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah semua karyawan sebanyak 30 orang, yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan KPKNL Tangerang 1. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan KPKNL Tangerang 1. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cyberloafing KPKNL Tangerang 1. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap cyberloafing KPKNL Tangerang 1. Serta cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan KPKNL Tangerang 1. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Cyberloafing, Kinerja Karyawan.
