Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze Work Stress, Coping Stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards Turnover Intention at PT Media Televisi Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The object used in this research is all employees who work at PT Media Televisi Indonesia with a population of 50 people. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 50 people. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS analysis tool. the results of the show that the effect of work stress on positive and significant turnover intention on turnover intention and the effect of coping stress on turnover intention have a positive and significant effect and the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on turnover intention has a negative and significant effect Keywords: Job Stress, Coping Stress, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Stres Kerja, Stres Coping dan Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT Media Televisi Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek yang digunakan Penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Media Televisi Indonesia dengan populasi 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan ukuran sampel 50 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS. hasil dari menunjukan bahwa pengaruh work stress terhadap turnover intention positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan pengaruh coping stres terhadap turnover intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Stres Koping, dan Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi pada Intensi Turnover
