Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influence, education, and motivation on work productivity. The population in this study were 115 employees of PT. Eka Bogainti in several areas of Tangerang City. The sample used was 90 employees and was calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. The instrument in this study used a survey technique using a questionnaire. For the data analysis method used in this study, namely the Smart PLS application version 3.0. This study proves that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Education has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Education, Motivation, Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pendidikan, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 orang karyawan PT. Eka Bogainti di beberapa wilayah Tangerang Kota. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 90 orang karyawan dan dihitung dengan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pendidikan, Motivasi, Produktivitas Kerja
