Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, company size, profitability, institutional ownership and audit committee on company value in food and beverages sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. With sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. And the data used in this study is secondary data with a sample of 13 companies. The data was processed using the SPSS 25 application program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that capital structure (DER), profitability (ROA), institutional ownership (KI), audit committee (KA) had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. While the size of the company (Size) does not have a significant effect on the value of the company. Keywords: Capital Structure, Company Size, Profitability, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee, Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, kepemilikan istitusional dan komite audit terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Data diolah menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 25 dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROA), kepemilikan institusional (KI), komite audit (KA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan (Size) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
