Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational communication and work discipline on employees of PT Respati Kemasindah. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Respati Kemasindah. By using a saturated sample as a sampling technique, in order to obtain 50 respondents. The analysis used in this study is the Structural Equational Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the work motivation variable on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) obtains a Tstatistic value of 2.257, the original sample value is 0.405 and the P-Value value is 0.024, the organizational communication variable obtains a T-statistic value of 2.257, the original sample value of 0.405 and a P-Value of 0.024, and work discipline obtained a T-statistic value of 3.793, an Original Sample value of 0.577 and a PValue value of 0.000. then this study shows that the variable of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a negative and insignificant effect, organizational communication on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect, work discipline on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on PT. Respati Kemasindah. Suggestions for increasing work motivation are appreciating employee results. to improve organizational communication within the company. PT Respati Kemasindah must explain the orders and work given to employees and to improve work discipline. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap karyawan PT Respati Kemasindah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT Respati Kemasindah. Dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebagai teknik penentuan sampel, sehingga diperoleh 50 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equational Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) memperoleh nilai T-statistic sebesar 2.257, nilai original sample sebesar 0.405 dan nilai P-Value sebesar 0.024, variabel komunikasi organisasi memperoleh nilai Tstatistic sebesar 2.257, nilai original sample sebesar 0.405 dan nilai P-Value sebesar 0.024, dan disiplin kerja mempoleh nilai T-statistic sebesar 3.793, nilai Original Sample sebesar 0.577 dan nilai P-Value sebesar 0.000. maka penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, komunikasi organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, disiplin kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada PT Respati Kemasindah. Saran untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja yaitu mengapresiasi hasil karyawan. untuk meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi dalam perusahaan PT. Respati Kemasindah harus menjelaskan tentang perintah dan pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan dan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja PT. Respati Kemasindah dapat memberikan reward kepada karyawan merasa termotivasi Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
