Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self-leadership, entrepreneurial motivation and dynamic capabilities on the entrepreneurial performance of MSMEs in Cipadu Village, Larangan District, Tangerang City, Banten. The population in the research was 129 entrepreneurs. The sample used was 100 entrepreneurs. The sample uses Non-Probability Sampling and the type of sampling design in this research is accidental sampling. The data collection method in this research is by using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research uses SPSS software or Statistical Package for the Social Sciences with method version 25. The results of this research prove that Self-Leadership has a significant influence on Entrepreneurial Performance partially, Entrepreneurial Motivation has a significant influence on Entrepreneurial Performance partially, Dynamic Ability has a significant influence on Entrepreneurial Performance partially. Keywords: Self Leadership, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Dynamic Capabilities, Entrepreneurial Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Diri, Motivasi Kewirausahaan, dan Kemampuan Dinamis terhadap Kinerja Kewirausahaan UMKM di Kelurahan Cipadu, Kecamatan Larangan, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian adalah 129 pengusaha. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 pengusaha. Sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dan jenis desain pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner (angket). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS atau Statistical Package for the Social Sciences dengan metode versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan Diri memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kewirausahaan secara parsial, Motivasi Kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kewirausahaan secara parsial, Kemampuan Dinamis memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kewirausahaan secara parsial.
