Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT BANK BCA Tbk, Thamrin branch. The population in this study were 40 employees. The sample used is as many as 40 employees, taken using the saturated sample method. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square because it uses full power analysis because it is not based on many assumptions or conditions. This study proves that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on jobperformance. Meanwhile, work motivation has no significant effect on work performance. Keywords: job satisfaction, work motivation, work performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT BANK BCA Tbk cabang Thamrin. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan, yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square karena menggunakan analisis yang power full sebab tidak didasarkan pada banyak asumsi atau syarat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.
