Abstract
This research aims to find out the effect of compensation, organizational commitment and leadership style on PT employees. Insura Media Solutions. Research designs are used using causal quantitative. Sampling technique using saturated samples as many as 53 employees pt. Insura Media Solutions. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, organizational commitments, leadership style, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap karyawan PT. Insura Media Solusi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kuantitatif kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 53 pegawai PT. Insura Media Solusi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan.
