Abstract
This study aims to: Knowing how the recruitment system affects employee performance, knowing the influence of motivation on employee performance, knowing the influence of competency on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Thanks to Reliable Partners. The population in this study were employees of PT. Thanks to Reliable Partners with 60 respondents. The sample technique used was Simple Random Sampling of 50 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is an alternative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS) via SmartPLS version 4.0 statistical software. Data collection in this research was by using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of this study show that partially each of the Recruitment, Motivation and Competency variables has a significant positive effect on PT Employee Performance. Thanks to Reliable Partners. Keywords : Recruitment Process, Motivation, Competency, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Mengetahui bagaimana sistem Rekrutmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Mengeahui pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Berkat Mitra Handal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Berkat Mitra Handal dengan jumlah 60 responden. Teknik Sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode alternatif dari structural equation modelloing (SEM) yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui software statistik SmartPLS versi 4.0. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial masing – masing variable Rekrutmen, Motivasi, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Berkat Mitra Handal. Kata Kunci : Proses Rekrutmen, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
