Abstract

The documentary film "Cipadu Textile Village" highlights a contemporary journey in the Cipadu area. Cipadu is an area located in Tangerang City, this area is commonly known by the public as the textile area. Many people come to the area just to buy materials. Various kinds of processed ingredients are completely available in the Cipadu area. The writer as director in the documentary film "Cipadu Kampung Tekstil" is responsible for building a representation of the reality told about the figures in this documentary. A director also plays a role in compiling stories from sources along with narration that will be used in this documentary film. In the film production process there will definitely be obstacles that will occur that are beyond the expectations of the writer and the team. Making the documentary film "Cipadu Textile Village" aims to provide information to the public about the Cipadu area which is known as the textile area. This film uses an expository narrative style where part of the story is led by the narrator and interspersed with interviews with the sources. It is expected to provide good information and education for the audience. Keyword: Cipadu, Textile, Director. Film dokumenter “Cipadu Kampung Tekstil” mengangkat sebuah perjalanan masa kini di kawasan Cipadu. Cipadu merupakan kawasan yang terletak di Kota Tangerang, kawasan tersebut sudah biasa dikenal oleh masyarakat dengan sebutan kawasan tekstil. Banyak sekali masyarakat yang datang ke kawasan tersebut hanya untuk membeli bahan. Berbagai macam olahan bahan pun sudah komplit tersedia di kawasan Cipadu. Penulis sebagai sutradara dalam film dokumenter “Cipadu Kampung Tekstil” bertanggung jawab atas membangun representasi realita yang dituturkan tentang sosok yang berada di dalam film dokumenter ini. Seorang sutradara juga berperan untuk menyusun cerita dari narasumber beserta narasi yang akan digunakan pada film dokumenter ini. Dalam proses produksi film pastinya akan menemui kendala yang akan terjadi diluar dugaan penulis maupun tim. Pembuatan film dokumenter “Cipadu Kampung Tekstil” bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang kawasan cipadu yang dikenal dengan kawasan tekstil. Film ini menggunakan gaya penuturan ekspositori yang dimana sebagian ceritanya dituntun oleh narator dan diselingi juga dengan wawancara wawancara para narasumber. Diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dan edukasi yang baik bagi penonton. Kata Kunci : Cipadu Kampung Tekstil, Penyutradaraan.
