Abstract
This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance and its implications for the organizational performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University. The research method used in this research is causal research. The object of this research are 60 employees of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University. The data analysis methods used in this research are SPSS and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University with an original sample score 0.549 and T-Statistic 3.773> 1.96. Workload has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University with an original sample score 0.317 and T-Statistic 2.322> 1.96. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University with an original sample score 0.744 and T-Statistic 8.658> 1.96. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan implikasinya pada kinerja organisasi PT ISS Indonesia di Universitas Mercu Buana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT ISS Indonesia di Universitas Mercu Buana sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ISS Indonesia di Universitas Mercu Buana dengan nilai original sample 0,549 dan T-Statistic 3,773 > 1,96. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ISS Indonesia di Universitas Mercu Buana dengan nilai original sample 0,317 dan T-Statistic 2,322 > 1,96. Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi PT ISS Indonesia di Universitas Mercu Buana dengan nilai original sample 0,744 dan T-Statistic 8,658 > 1,96.
