Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Firm Size, and Leverage on Company Value. The population in this study is the audited financial statements of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 companies over a period of 5 consecutive years so that the total sample was 175. The research data was processed using SPSS version 27. Based on the results of this study, the results show that liabilities have an effect on firm value. Profitability has an effect on Firm Value. Company Size has no effect on Firm Value and Leverage has no effect on Firm Value Keywords : Profitability, Likuidity, Company Size, Leverage , And Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Likuditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2017-2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling selama 5 tahun berturut turut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Kata Kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Nilai Perusahaan.
