Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh gaya komunikasi pimpinan PT. Intan Utama Logistik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Masalah penelitian ini sejauh mana pengaruh gaya komunikasi pimpinan PT. Intan Utama Logistik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menguji variabel gaya komunikasi pimpinan yang terdapat lima indikator yaitu The Controlling Style, The Equalitarian Style, The Structuring Style, The Dynamic Style, The Relinquishing style dan The Withdrawal Style. Untuk melihat hasil dari penelitian ini kinerja pegawai atau disebut juga variabel Y menggunakan teori kriteria penilaian kerja dengan indikator Quality, Productivity, Job Knowledge, Reability, Vailability dan Independence. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya komunikasi pimpinan dapat mempegaruhi terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Intan Utama Logistik dengan presentasi sebesar 40,96% dan sisanya 59,04 ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak penulis teliti seperti komunikasi internal, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja.
