Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance. This research was conducted because of a decrease in the result of the Performance Indicators. This research method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative associative research. Sampling using a saturated sample or a census sample with a population of 75 PT. Mutiara Nusantara Globalindo employees as respondents and the analysis used in this study are: Evaluation of Measurement (outer) Model, Test of Structural Model (Inner Model) data processing using Partial Least Square program (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and workload has a positive and significant employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Workload & Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya penurunan dari hasil indikator Kinerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan penelitian asosiatif Kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sampel sensus dengan populasi seluruh pegawai PT. Mutiara Nusantara Globalindo yang berjumlah 75 orang yang menjadi responden dan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : Evaluasi Measurement (outer) Model, Uji Model Struktural (Inner Model) pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
