Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between happiness and achievement motivation in PT. XYZ The subject of this study was the initial study of 105 employees working at PT. XYZ The measuring instrument used was to use the Happiness and Achievement Motivation scale that was adapted and adjusted. The research method is quantitative by using comparative data analysis with Pearson product moment test. Based on the results of the analysis of these data, this study shows a significant relationship between the Happiness variable and the Achievement Motivation variable with r table 0.618 p <0.01. Keywords: Happiness, achievement motivation and employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara happiness dan achievement motivation di PT. XYZ. Subyek penelitian ini adalah dewasa awal berjumlah 105 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. XYZ. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah menggunakan skala Happiness dan Achievement Motivation yang diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi. Metode penelitan yaitu kuantitatif dengan mengunakan analisis data korelasi dengan uji pearson product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Happiness dengan variabel Achievement Motivation dengan r table 0.618 p < 0.01. Kata kunci : Kebahagiaan, motivasi berprestasi dan karyawan
