Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance, including: Leadership, compensation and Healty Safety and Environment (HSE). This study also wants to analyze the effect of leadership and compensation on Healty Safety and Environtment and analyze how Healty Safety and Environtment mediates the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study is 50 permanent employees at PT Paragon Technology & Innovation. The sample used was 50 employees, the sampling used in this study was saturated sampling. The research method used is quantitative with SEM-PLS. Based on the analysis in this study, the results show that: 1) leadership has no significant negative effect on employee performance; 2) compensation has no significant effect on employee performance; 3) Healty Safety and Environtment (HSE) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) leadership has no significant effect on Healty Safety and Environtment (HSE); 5) compensation has a positive and significant effect on Healty Safety and Environtment (HSE); 6) Healty Safety and Environtment (HSE) does not mediate leadership on employee performance; 7) Occupational Health and Safety mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, diantaranya: Leadership, kompensasi dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Penelitian ini juga ingin menganalisis pengaruh leadership dan kompensasi terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta menganalisis bagaimana keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memediasi pengaruh leadership dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 karyawan tetap di PT. Paragon Technology & Innovation. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 karyawan, sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan SEMPLS. Berdasarkan analisis pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa : 1) leadership tidak berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) keselamatan dan keseharan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).; 5) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3); 6) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja tidak memediasi leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan; 7) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja tmemediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
