Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance, including: Leadership, emotional intelligence and organizational culture at PT. Tribhakti Inspecta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The population in this study amounted to 90 permanent employees in the Human Capital division at PT Tribhakti Inspektama. The sample used was 90 employees, the sampling used in this study was saturated sampling. The results in this study indicate that: Leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture; emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture; organizational culture has no effect on employee performance; leadership has no effect on employee performance; emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; organizational culture does not mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance; organizational culture does not mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. Research contributions are findings that can be used as a basis for human resource management policies to improve company performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, diantaranya: Kepemimpinan, kecerdasan emosional dan budaya organisasi di PT. Tribhakti Inspektama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 karyawan tetap pada divisi Human Capital di PT Tribhakti Inspektama. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 karyawan, sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi; kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi; budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.; kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; budaya organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan; budaya organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi penelitian adalah temuan yang dapat digunakan untuk dasar kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.
