Abstract

This research is to know the influence of work discipline, Training on employee performance at PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia, Cikampek-West Java. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is the employee of PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia with a population of 441 employees and a sample determined by slovin method of 82 employees. Data collection is done by means of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis of data used is using multiple linear regression. From the results of research shows that the variables of work discipline and training affect simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia with simultaneous test result test (F test). While the partial test (t test) showed that work discipline variables partially affect the performance of employees of PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia, and on training variables partially affect the performance of employees of PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia. Keywords: Work Discipline, Training, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin kerja, Pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia, Cikampek-Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan produksi PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia dengan populasi 441 karyawan dan sampel ditentukan dengan metode slovin sebesar 82 karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara kuisoner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Adapun analisa data yang diguakan adalah menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia dengan pembuktiaan hasil uji simultan ( uji F). Sedangkan uji parsial ( uji t) menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia, dan pada variabel pelatihan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan
