Abstract

Workplace design relies heavily on the type of work and tools or facilities used to support the process. One of the divisions within PT Kencana Gemilang (Miyako) is the automation division, the wiring part of the robot panel. In the process of wiring panel robot division there is activity Assembling part and drilling part on the panel. Workplace design is one of the factors that can determine worker discomfort due to lack of mechanical aids. In this study, NBM questionnaires were used to look for complaints against employees wiring panels to find out which parts of the body needed to be repaired first, while rula method was used to analyze the working position to estimate the risk of msds disorder and assess the proposed improvement.The results of the analysis with squat position after the investigation using NBM Workers often feel fatigue on the back, neck, hips, and knees with a category of pains. The final score of RULA worksheet +7 on drilling &assembling activities means that further investigation is needed and immediate changes (urgent). The recommendation is to add a tool (support) in the form of an adjustable mount, so that it can adjust the height of the worker when performing the wiring process without squat posture. Proposed improvement of work posture using RULA worksheet obtained score +3 (low risk). Keywords: Work Posture, MsDs, RULA, NBM. Desain tempat kerja sangat bergantung terhadap jenis pekerjaan dan alat atau fasilitas yang digunakan untuk menunjang proses terebut. Salah satu divisi dalam PT Kencana Gemilang (Miyako) adalah divisi automasi, bagian wiring panel robot.Pada proses wiring panel robot divisi ini terdapat aktivitas Assemblin part dan drilling part pada panel. Desain tempat kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan ketidaknyamanan pekerja karena kurangnya alat bantu mekanis. Dalam penelitian ini kuisioner NBM digunakan untuk mencari keluhan terhadap pegawai wiring panel agar diketahui bagian tubuh mana yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan terlebih dahulu, sedangkan metode RULA digunakan untuk menganalisis posisi kerja untuk mengestimasi terjadinya risiko gangguan MsDs dan menilai usulan perbaikan. Hasil analisis dengan posisi jongkok setelah di investigasi dengan menggunakan NBM Pekerja sering merasakan kelelahan pada bagian punggung, leher, pinggul, dan lutut dengan kategori sakit. Hasil final score RULA worksheet +7 pada aktivitas drilling & assembling yang berarti perlu investigasi lebih lanjut dan segera lakukan perubahan (mendesak). Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah dengan menambahkan alat bantu (support) berupa dudukan yang dapat adjustable, sehingga dapat menyesuaikan tinggi pekerja saat melakukan proses wiring tanpa postur jongkok. Usulan perbaikan postur kerja mengunakan RULA worksheet diperoleh score +3 (low risk). Kata Kunci: Postur Kerja, MsDs, RULA, NBM
