Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jakarta Aquarium. The population in this study was 70 employees. This study uses a Likert scale, using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Structural Equation Model which in data processing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Discipline, Employee Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Jakarta Aquarium. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) atau Model Persamaan Struktural yang dimana dalam pengolaha datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
