Abstract

Sustainable Development or sustainable development, is a form of response to global developments in which the United Nations has a mission to establish peace and human prosperity on planet Earth now and in the future, by carrying out this concept the design of the Area is expected to assist in the healing of the earth's climate by planning buildings that do not produce waste that will damage the environment and climate, through architecture, the author believes that architecture can play a role in saving the world's climate. Hotel and Resort Planning on Jl. Raya Anyer-Sirih No. 126, Sindanglaya, Kec. Cinangka, Serang Regency, Banten, the choice of location in the Anyer beach area is based on the development of tourism in the area, where this area is on the long and wide coast facing the Sunda Strait, which consists of Anyer beach, Tanjung Tum beach and Sambolo and Bojong Beach. Areas with the concept of Sustainable Development are expected to accommodate in minimizing the use of energy which can damage the climate and the environment based on the United Nations program, namely the SDGs (Sustainable Development Global Goals), where the establishment of an area with an environmentally friendly design is one of the ideas in saving world climate, with a traditional concept where the role of exploiting local material wealth becomes an appropriate correlation with the concept of sustainability. Keywords: Sustainable Development, Climate, Anyer Beach, Local Merial Sustainable Development atau pembangunan yang berkelanjutan, merupakan salah satu bentuk respon dari perkembangan global yang dimana PBB memiliki misi untuk membentuk perdamaian dan kemakmuran manusia di planet bumi sekarang dan masa depan, dengan mengusung konsep tersebut rancangan Kawasan diharapkan dapat membantu dalam lingkup penyebuhan iklim bumi dengan merencanakan bangunan yang tidak menghasilkan limbah yang akan merusak lingkungan dan iklim, melalui Arsitektur, penulis percaya bahwasannya Arsitektur dapat berperan dalam penyelamatan iklim dunia. Perencanaan Hotel dan Resort di Jl. Raya Anyer-Sirih No.126, Sindanglaya, Kec. Cinangka, Kabupaten Serang, Banten, pemilihan lokasi yang berada di Kawasan pantai anyer ini berdasar dari perkembangan pariwisata di Kawasan tersebut, dimana Kawasan ini berada di pesisir Panjang dan lebar menghadap ke selat sunda, yang terdiri dari pantai Anyer, Pantai Tanjung Tum, dan Pantai Sambolo dan Pantai Bojong. Kawasan yang berkonsep Sustainable Development atau pengembangan berkelanjutan, diharapkan dapat mengakomondasi dalam meminimalisir penggunaan energi yang dapat merusak iklim dan lingkungan berdasar kepada program PBB yaitu SDGs (Sustainable Development Global Goals), dimana pembentukan Kawasan dengan rancangan yang ramah lingkungan menjadi salah satu bentuk gagasan dalam menyelamatkan iklim dunia, dengan konsep tradisional dimana peran pada pemanfaatan kekayaan material lokal menjadi suatu korelasi yang tepat dengan konsep bekelanjutan.
