Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT DIKA division opening a bank account. The population and sample in this study were 56 respondents. The sampling technique uses a questionnaire. With analysis using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: work motivation, work environment, work stress, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Stress Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT DIKA divisi pembukaan rekening bank. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan kuesioner. Dengan analisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini terdapat Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Stress Kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhdap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Stress Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
