Abstract
According to a Data.ai report entitled “State of Mobile 2023”, the social media that is widely used by Indonesians is Tiktok. Tiktok @aprirokh_ shares information on how to easily get a job. Tiktok social media content management is needed so that the information conveyed is easily understood by TikTok users. This study aims to look at the management of TikTok content on the @aprirokh_ account as an information medium to easily get a job. Theoretical studies in the form of communication, new media, social media, tiktok, The Circular Model Of SOME. Using the post positivism paradigm with descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was interviewed by key informants, namely Apri Rokhyadi who manages tiktok @aprirokh_ and informants Devi Fitrianingsih and Fajrin Khotimah. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of this research data technique is Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, Confirmability. Data collection techniques using observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the research on the share aspect of choosing the Tiktok platform are because social media is widely used by people in Indonesia during Covid 19. The optimize aspect is that there is an upload schedule. Manage aspects by measuring comments, likes, shares, viewers, and saving on each video. The engage aspect is collaborating with brands around work. The conclusion in this study, the @aprirokh_ tiktok share stage opens twoway communication with the audience. The optimize stage checks comments, messages. Upload twice every week. In the stage of managing tiktok @aprirokh_ there is no team to help, everything is done by Apri Rokhyadi himself. The engage stage is in collaboration with tutee.id, and incandescent advanced Indonesia. Suggestion At the share stage, make more use of existing story features. At the optimize stage, upload videos more often. At the manage stage, they are more active in responding to comments and messages. At the engage stage, you should collaborate more often with TikTok content creators. Suggestions for future researchers are expected to examine more sources and references Keywords: Content management, Tiktok, Jobs, The Circular Model of SOME Menurut laporan Data.ai dengan judul “State of Mobile 2023” Media sosial yang sangat banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia yaitu Tiktok. Tiktok @aprirokh_ membagikan informasi cara untuk mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan. Dibutuhkan pengelolaan konten media sosial tiktok agar informasi yang disampaikan mudah dipahami oleh para pengguna tiktok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengelolaan konten tiktok pada akun @aprirokh_ sebagai media informasi untuk mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan. Kajian teoritis berupa komunikasi, new media, sosial media, tiktok, The Circular Model Of SOME. Menggunakan paradigma post positivisme dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data wawancara key informan yaitu Apri Rokhyadi yang mengelola tiktok @aprirokh_ serta informan Devi Fitrianingsih dan Fajrin Khotimah. Analisa data menggunakan Reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data penelitian ini ialah Kredibilitas, Transferability, Dependability, Confirmability. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian aspek share pemilihan platform Tiktok karena Media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia ketika Covid 19. Aspek optimize yaitu terdapat jadwal unggahan. Aspek manage dengan mengukur dari komentar, like, share, viewers, dan simpan pada setiap vidio. Aspek engage melakukan kerjasama dengan brand seputar pekerjaan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, Tahap share tiktok @aprirokh_ membuka komunikasi dua arah dengan khalayak. Tahap optimize melakukan pengecekan komentar, pesan. Mengunggah dua kali setiap minggu. Tahap manage tiktok @aprirokh_ tidak ada tim yang membantu semua dikerjakan sendiri oleh Apri Rokhyadi. Tahap engage bekerjasama dengan tutee.id, dan pijar mahir Indonesia. Saran Pada tahap share lebih memanfaatkan fitur story yang ada. Pada tahap optimize lebih sering dalam menggungah vidio. Pada tahap manage lebih aktif lagi membalas komentar dan pesan. Pada tahap engage sebaiknya lebih sering berkolaborasi dengan para konten kreator tiktok. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk mengkaji lebih banyak sumber maupun referensi Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan konten, Tiktok, Pekerjaan, The Circular Model of SOME
