Abstract

Pahoen women's clutches are unique from the material, which is the result of experimental wood powder material with non-woven fabric assembling techniques (compacted, heated, gluing and chemical), this is based on a survey of wood workshop. Another advantage lies in the system and functions found in the clutch, the system is used to use a velcro that functions to install and remove the bag (pouch). There are three pouches that have different functions, including for storing money, cards and some small-sized makeup. Equipped with motifs originating from Acehnese culture namely Bungong Kipah and Awan si Oen, these two motifs are combined into one and placed on the clutch cover, so named Pahoen.. Keywords: Pahoen Clutch, Non-Woven Fabric Assemblies, Wood Powder Waste Clutch wanita Pahoen memiliki keunikan dari materialnya yaitu hasil eksperimen material serbuk kayu dengan teknik reka rakit non – woven (dipadatkan, dipanaskan, perekatan dan kimiawi), hal ini berdasarkan survey dari perbengkelan kayu. Keunggulan lainnya terletak pada sistem dan fungsi yang tedapat didalam clutch, sistem yang dipakai menggunakan velcro yang berfungsi untuk memasang dan melepas kantung (pouch). Terdapat tiga kantung (pouch) yang memiliki fungsi yang berbeda, diantaranya yaitu untuk penyimpanan uang, kartu dan beberapa makeup yang berukuran kecil. Dilengkapi dengan motif yang berasal dari budaya Aceh yaitu Bungong kipah dan Awan si Oen, kedua motif ini digabungkan menjadi satu dan diletakkan pada penutup clutch, sehingga diberi nama Pahoen.
