Abstract

This Reaserch aims to analyze the influence of employee discipline, work motivation and work environment on work productivity. The object of this research is the owner of the PTSP District Office licensing service in East Jakarta. This research was conducted on 80 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, variable employee discipline, motivation and work environment affect the work productivity of licensing services PTSP Kramat Jati District office in East Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test (Test F) and the results of the partial test (T Test) also showing significant values of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the results of the test from this study state that there are simultaneous influences between variables of employee discipline, motivation, and work environment on the work productivity of licensing services PTSP Kramat Jati District Office in East Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan pegawai, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah pemilik pelayanan perizinan PTSP Kantor Kecamatan di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kedisiplinan pegawai, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pelayanan perizinan PTSP kantor Kecamatan Kramat Jati di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji T) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kedisiplinan pegawai, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pelayanan perizinan PTSP Kantor Kecamatan Kramat Jati di Jakarta Timur.
