Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. United Can Company. The population in this study was a study of 400 employees. The research sample 80 respondents. The sampling method uses slovin technique. The data collection method uses a research instrument that is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses Partial Least Square, the results of this study prove that Workloads prove negative and not significant to Job Satisfaction. Positive and significant Job Stress on Job Satisfaction. And a positive and significant Work Environment on Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari beban kerja, stres kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. United Can Company. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 400 karyawan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian yaitu kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square, hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.
