Abstract

Inside the company or organization really need communication. By obtaining good cooperation with employees, good coordination is needed, this coordination is obtained through communication. Problems can be seen if there is ineffective communication by leaders to their employees, then miscommunication can occur. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership communication style on relations between employees at PT Bumen Redja Abadi Serpong. The discussion on leadership communication style uses 6 dimensional concepts by Tubbs and Moss namely, The controlling style, The equalitarian style, The structuring style, The dynamic style, The relinguishing style, and The withdrawal style. And Relationships Between Employees use 5 dimensional concepts from Tubbs and Moss namely, Positivity, Openness, Assurance, Network and Tasks This study used a quantitative method with a positivism paradigm and a survey method with a sampling technique using a total sampling or census method. The population in this study were 50 employees at PT Bumen Redja Abadi Serpong. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the leadership communication style variable influenced the employee relations variable by 58.5% and the remaining 41.5% was influenced by other factors. Keywords: Communication, Leadership Communication Style, Employee Relations Di dalam perusahaan atau organisasi sangat membutuhkan komunikasi. Dengan memperoleh kerjasama yang baik dengan karyawan diperlukannya sebuah koordinasi yang baik, koordinasi tersebut diperoleh melalui sebuah komunikasi. Permasalah bisa dilihat bila adanya komunikasi yang tidak efektif yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin kepada karyawannya, maka bisa terjadi miskomunikasi atau miscommunication. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Komunikasi Pimpinan Terhadap Hubungan Antra Karyawan di PT Bumen Redja Abadi Serpong. Pembahasan tentang Gaya komunikasi Pimpinan menggunakan 6 konsep dimensi oleh Tubbs dan Moss yaitu, The controlling style, The equalitarian style, The structuring style, The dynamic style, The relinguishing style, dan The withdrawal style. Dan Hubungan Antar Karyawan menggunakan 5 konsep dimensi dari Tubbs dan Moss yaitu, Positivitas, Keterbukaan, Jaminan, Jaringan dan Tugas Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan paradigma positivism dan metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang menggunakan teknik metode total sampling atau sensus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan di PT Bumen Redja Abadi Serpong. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa variabel gaya komunikasi pimpinan mempengaruhi variabel hubungan antar karyawan sebesar 58,5% dan sisanya 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.
