Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of physchologicial contract, job anxiety, and work load on the desire to leave employees. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study is employees at PT Eka Bogainti west Jakarta with a sample of 30 respondents. The approach used in this research is structural Equation Model (SEM) with smart-PLS Analysis tool 3.2.8. The result showed that physchologicial contract had a positive and significant effect on employee desirability. Job anxiety has a positive and significant effect on employee desire to leave, amd work load has a positive and significant effect on employee desire to leave Keywords: physchologicial contract, job anxiety, work load, turnover intention employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh fisikologis kontrak, kecemasan kerja, dan dan beban kerja terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif. objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Eka Bogainti Jakarta barat dengan sampel 30 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) demgan alat analisis Smart- PLS 3.2.8 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fisikologis kontrak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan. Kecemasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan, serta beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar karyawan. Kata kunci: Keluar Fisikologis Kontrak, Kecemasan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Keinginan
