Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of communication and work stres on employee performance. The object of this research is all employees of CV Santari Indo Pangan located in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 55 respondents using quantitative methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, communication variables and work stres affect the performance of CV Santari Indo Pangan employees. and work sters that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is a positive and significant influence between communication and work stres on the performance of CV Santari Indo Pangan employees. Keywords: communication, work stres, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Santari Indo Pangan yang berlokasi di jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 55 responden dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel komunikasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Santari Indo Pangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari variabel komunikasi dan stres kerja yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Santari Indo Pangan.
