Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, leadership and self concept on employee performance in West Jakarta. The population in this study are employees who work in companies located in West Jakarta and the total population in this study is unknown. The sample in this study amounted to 160 respondents who were calculated based on the formula Hair et al. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study proves that emotional intelligence has a positive effect with a value of 0.183 and is significant on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 3.045. Leadership has a positive effect with a value of 0.525 and significantly on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 7.112. Self concept has a positive effect with a value of 0.153 and is significant on employee performance with a tstatistic value of 2.156. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kepemimpinan dan self concept terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat dan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 responden yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair et al. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3, dengan instrumen penelitin adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,183 dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-statistik 3,045. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,525 dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-statistik 7,112. Self concept berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,153 dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-statistik 2,156.
